Yes, you have 14 days to return a product after receiving it. The product must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Do you offer a warranty on your jewelry?
All CO88 items come with a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty does not apply to damage caused by:
- Wear and tear
- Misuse or accidents
- Water, perfume, chemicals, or cosmetics
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications

Is it possible to return a sale item?
No, sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. All sale purchases are
final.
Terms and Conditions During Sales
- Discounts cannot be applied retroactively. If you purchased an item and it later goes on sale, we are unfortunately unable to apply the discount to your previous order.
- Credit and discount codes cannot be used on sale items, items from special deals, gift cards, advent calendars, or engraved/personalized products.
- During stack sales, returning an item may affect your eligibility for the stack discount. In such cases, the discount on the remaining items may no longer apply.
