2. Applicability
These Terms & Conditions apply to all online purchases, offers, and agreements between CO88 Collection and you (the customer). By confirming your order, you enter a binding agreement with us. We may update these terms at any time. The version shown on our website at the moment of purchase applies to your order.
3. Prices & Information
- All prices shown on our website include 21% VAT, which complies with the specific requirements according to the Dutch law.
- Prices may vary by region due to tax rules.
- Prices may change at any time, but products are always billed at the price shown at checkout.
Non-EU customers:
Your order may be subject to import duties, customs fees or taxes. These are your responsibility and are not included in our prices. Also note that CO88 Collection has no decisive control over these charges. Therefore we advise you to contact your local customs office for further information.
We aim to display product information and images as accurately as possible. Small variations in color, details or typographical errors may occur.
4. Ordering Process
Once your order is placed, you will receive an automated order confirmation via email. If an item is unexpectedly out of stock or unavailable, we will inform you as soon as possible and issue a refund.
5. Payment
We offer secure payment options. Available methods vary by country but may include:

- Klarna (where available)
- iDEAL
- Bancontact
- Other region-specific payment options
Payment must be completed before orders are dispatched.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by country. CO88 Collection is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Force majeure
- Customs checks
- Incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer
In case there is information needed, CO88 Collection may contact you for further requirement. Therefore it should be taken into consideration that a delay in delivery may occur. If your order is damaged or incomplete upon arrival, email us at verkoop@co88collection.com within 48 hours with your order number.
7. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, send us a clear email to verkoop@co88collection.com.
Products must be returned:
- Within 14 days after notifying us
- Unworn and undamaged
- In original packaging
Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
8. Refunds
Once your return arrives at our warehouse, please allow up to 14 days from the date of receipt for processing. Your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are only refunded if the product was faulty or incorrect.
9. Warranty
All CO88 items come with a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty does not apply to damage caused by:
- Wear and tear
- Misuse or accidents
- Water, perfume, chemicals, or cosmetics
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
Warranty claims must be submitted via verkoop@co88collection.com with
photos and order details.
10. Liability
CO88 Collection is not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Delayed deliveries
- Damage caused by improper use of the products
Our total liability is always limited to the amount of the original order.
11. Personal Data & Privacy
Your personal information is handled with care and processed according to the CO88 Collection Privacy Statement. We only use your data for order processing, customer service, and in case of explicit consent email marketing.
12. Intellectual Property
All designs, photos, texts, and trademarks on our website are the property of CO88 Collection or its partners. They may not be copied, used, or reproduced without written permission.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in The Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer protection rules state otherwise.
