1. Your Right to Return
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to return your item(s), no explanation needed. Simply let our Customer Care team know by emailing verkoop@co88collection.com and we’ll guide you through the process.
2. Conditions for Returns
To qualify for a refund, your item must be:
- Unworn and in original condition
- Free of signs of use, damage or wear
- Returned in its original packaging
3. Return Costs
Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your package arrives safely back to us.
4. Refunds
Once your return arrives at our warehouse, please allow up to 14 days from the date of receipt for processing. Your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
5. Damaged or Faulty Items

8. Warranty
All CO88 jewelry is covered by a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
This does not cover damage caused by:
- Wear and tear
- Improper use
- Water, chemicals, or accidents
- Repairs done by third parties
